Directions:

Apply a generous amount to hair after shampooing and do not rinse apply a shower cap for a minimum of 30 minutes and rinse. This can be done weekly.

Apply to scalp once a day (twice if necessary) massage into scalp and style as usual.

For dry feet apply daily to help soften feet

Apply to skin as needed
