You can add to this or use it as is, knowing that there is no one size fits all and that you are the expert on your own body. It has been demonstrated that the vitamins A, E, and F in this soap aid in skin cell repair.

The benefits of this body wash still stand: it can help clear up imperfections and acne, prevent rashes and itchy, dry, and scaly skin, clean pores and revitalize the skin, and ease eczema.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Add a quarter size amount to cloth or sponge , a little goes a long way. Cleanse as usual , after the bath add moisturizer to help nourish the skin.
